12c Forms: Oracle supplied jar files for 12c Forms will have no issues since this version is in Premier Support.  However, the N-1 rule will apply to 12c Forms patches.

 Fusion Middleware 12c minor releases: The release cycle for Fusion Middleware Release 12c is different. Oracle will release minor releases which are feature bearing and distinguished by a change in the 3rd place of the version number (e.g. 12.1.1.0 and 12.1.2.0). During this time no patch sets will be released, but proactive patches (e.g. Patch Set Updates, Security Patch Updates, and Bundle Patches) will be released. The grace period for Fusion Middleware 12c minor releases is two (2) years. "Oracle will continue to make new patches available for the preceding patch set (n-1) for two year from the initial release of a new patch set. After then you must install the new patch set in order to get new fixes."

Ceci veut dire que si Oracle distribue 12.2.1.0 (oct 2015), 12.2.1.1 (june 2016), 12.2.1.2 (oct 2016)  et 12.2.1.3 (aug 2017) .... En juin 2018, il n'y aura plus de correctif pour FMW  12.2.1.1 .. Vous devrez passer à la dernière version mineur pour avoir droit à des correctifs.
